  7. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  9. ATTENTION: PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
  10. THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY USING THIS PACKAGE (THE "END USER") AGREES TO BE 
  11. BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU USE THIS PACKAGE AND DO NOT 
  12. AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND PROMPTLY 
  13. REMOVE THE APPLICATION AND ALL ASSOCIATED FILE FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

  16. use of this software you indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
  17. and warranty.

  19. The enclosed computer program(s) and the accompanying documentation are 
  20. provided to the End-User by AMA Software ("Licensor") for use only under the
  21. following terms. Licensor reserves any right not expressly granted to the 
  22. End-user. The End-User owns the disk on which the Software is recorded, but 
  23. Licensor retains ownership of all copies of the Software itself. The End-User 
  24. assumes sole responsibility for the installation, use and results obtained 
  25. from use of the Software.

  30. You are hereby licensed to use this software FREE OF CHARGE as long as you 
  31. adhere to the terms of this license agreement.You are specifically prohibited 
  32. from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and 
  33. from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial
  34.  or otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception: Disk Vendors 
  35. approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute
  36. EZee Exit 95 , subject to the conditions in this license, without specific 
  37. written permission.

  41. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Freeware Version you are
  42. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Freeware version of this software 
  43. and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Freeware

  45. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge 
  46. for any of the above.

  53. RENT, LEASE, LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT, DISTRIBUTE, OR OTHERWISE ASSIGN OR TRANSFER 
  54. THE SOFTWARE,OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREOF, 
  55. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN SECTIONS 1.1 AND 1.2. ABOVE.

  58. 3.   TERMINATION.

  60. This License is effective until terminated. This License will terminate immediately 
  61. without notice from Licensor if the End User fails to comply with any of its 
  62. provisions. Upon termination the End User must destroy the Software and all copies 
  63. thereof, and the End-User may terminate this License at any time by doing so.

  65. 4.   DISCLAIMER NOTICE.

  67. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AMA SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS 
  68. ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED 
  69. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE END-USER 
  70. ASSUMES ALL RISK AS TO THE SUITABILITY, QUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.  
  71. IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AFFILIATES, BE 
  72. LIABLE TO THE END-USER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR 
  73. EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS 
  74. INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF 
  75. THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS, EVEN 
  76. IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  83. 5.   GENERAL

  85. This License will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the 
  86. New Jersey, and shall inure to the benefit of Licensor and End-User and their 
  87. successors, assigns and legal representatives. If any provision of this License is 
  88. held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable to any 
  89. extent under applicable law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent 
  90. permissible, and the remaining provisions of this License will remain in full 
  91. force and effect. Any notices or other communications to be sent to Licensor must 
  92. be mailed first class, postage prepaid, to the following address: AMA Software, 
  93. P.O.Box 674, Montclair, NJ. 07042-3831.

  95. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect 
  96. to the subject matter hereof, and all prior proposals, agreements, representations, 
  97. statements and undertakings are hereby expressly cancelled and superseded. This 
  98. Agreement may not be changed or amended except by a written instrument executed by 
  99. a duly authorized officer of Licensor.

  103. BY USING THIS PACKAGE, THE END-USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ THIS LICENSE,
